Online Payment Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. Please do not use this facility if you do not accept any of the terms and conditions listed below.
It is your responsibility to ensure the right amount is paid as per the services selected in conjunction with the discussions held with GlobalTrainingHub representatives.
Your payment will take a minimum of 3 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. (This includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier).
GlobalTrainingHub cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, GlobalTrainingHub is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account.
To avail of and use the Services you will have to register with GlobalTrainingHub. As a part of the registration process, you agree to provide complete and accurate registration information (the "Registration Data") as prompted to do by the Service and to maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate not current or incomplete or GlobalTrainingHub has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, GlobalTrainingHub has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to GlobalTrainingHub training's, online learning management system, etc.
All orders shall be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment as established by GlobalTrainingHub which may call for and require additional verification or information.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on GlobalTrainingHub will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to GlobalTrainingHub.
Payment, by itself, does not indicate the existence of a contract or agreement. GlobalTrainingHub e-mail conformation of the acceptance and registration to a course is mandatory.
Confirmation of Payment
You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email as well as an on-screen confirmation after you make the payment.
Your right to privacy is very important to us and we will not provide any of your personal information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required to by law.
GlobalTrainingHub does not store your credit/debit card details on the website. This information is processed by our chosen Payment Merchants. Refund or Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel the training and wish to claim a refund please contact us on 1300 19 19 75 with all the details of payments.

The misuse of a Credit Card number is a criminal offense under Australian Law and also in Indian Law 'The Information Technology Act, 2000'. We will aggressively pursue and prosecute all transactions that attempt misuse of a Credit Card number. As part of our strict security checks, we track every transaction for its correctness. For 'Fraud Protection', we would record the IP Address of the user, Date and time stamp.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Global Training Hub Australia BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR GOODWILL, FOR ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ITS INCORPORATED AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, YOUR LOSS OF DATA OR FILES OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF GlobalTrainingHub HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree that in no event shall GlobalTrainingHub maximum aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by You for the particular Service in dispute purchased from GlobalTrainingHub.
